I'm back, dined at Modesto's at Tanglin. I had some fanciful italian named pasta - Casoncelli Alla Bergamasca. :I. Stuffed with beef, pork, chicken, raisins and sprinkled with bacon. It tasted quite unique but rather flat- just okay. Wished I'd order something else. Calamari was decent but couldn't match up to the butter calamari at Ah Loy Thai. Anyway I received a one for one voucher which I'm planning to take Mr Ho to, the ambience is quite nice ;)
After a failed attempt to spot hookers off orchard hotel street, we drove up to Mt. Faber and stalked this young family of 4. There was actually nothing much to do so we walked around this british historical building which was near. It was kinda creepy so we left. Thereafter I toured the new office of the now 'Hospitable Group' at UE square. So glad I'm not working for them now, the place gives me claustrophobia but the view is great. Anyway, Elliot wants me to help him be one of the bloggers for his new project..the M.Club. Lol. Its a club that you supposedly join (for a fee) to get incredible perks off dining, fashion and travel. There'd be this 'Time Out' sort of website that offers articles on food, fashion and travel. He won't pay the bloggers but they'd get the perks for free and writing experiences. I think its not bad but I doubt my abilities. Though really, I find it interesting if I can write 'profesionally' about food or fashion. Who doesn't?! If anyone of you who's peeking at my blog now is interested in this opportunity you can tell me! :)
