told vampy about how i once (and quite always) longed for a bestfriend kind-of a boyfriend. the kind who're equipped with the right skills to make me laugh whenever, one whom i can discuss the most controversial topics with in the lightest mood without getting into an oral fight (albeit not so serious) and one who have rather similar interests and treats me like his buddies only with all the other privileges of a girlfriend. im not saying he isn't, or he is. i was just discussing.
is this very demanding of me? i know its hard actually. its never a good idea to have a checklist for a boyfriend in the first place. one will come with all the points checked but the most crucial point missing and so on. i remembered there was once this guy (who was and remained solely a friend) who can crack the wittiest jokes around and have interesting talks for hours (i know, ure probably thinking of asking me to hire an entertainer instead, but shutup) and so gained my affections. but, all things went haywire when that class-clown sortof buddy turned romantic. if i could remember a traumatic experience..it was calling me a sweetheart or something along that line. well you see, all along ive admired him, but it gave me chilly goosebumps instead. it wouldn't be that bad actually but it made me mad how funny guys tend to be only romantic and lose all their sense of hilariousness when it comes to love. they become all so serious and mushy. its kind of disgusting to speak of.
seriously, i'll like boys jokes and buddy slaps on the back sometimes. just make sure the words aren't lame and the slaps aren't too hard. and if you're the type who are hard to keep your best of friends..then its probably hard to keep a girl too.
