mmm right, school officially started today after the gruelsome mid years. our timetable was changed and luckily for that one and a half hours break was i able to catch up on some decent sleep!
anyway, the weekend was spent mainly celebrating my aunts birthday. on saturday went with mum to town in search of a present particularly for some swarovski crytal that my sis suggested but i think my aunt would rather have cash than to have some 150bucks dangling down her phone -.- so, left empty handed to her friend's house for the bday party/ house warming. didn't know anyone around the house until i saw an anorexically-thin girl with a tattoo on her back and i was like wondering who the hell is this girl (k sorry for the stereotype) before she turned around and i realized it was my cousin Mable :X oops. havent been catching up with her and anyway, shes pretty as ever from the front ^^. and cos aunt was too caught up with her mahjong we left without the cutting the cake.
sunday! rushed down to raffles city with mum to get my dress(!) hahahahahah. the totally-unnecessary-one-but-good-to-keep-for-special-occasions. speaking of that, i havent even buy any neccessary stuffs :[. afterwhich we bought an icecream cake from swens and set off to her house to celebrate her bday. had homemade steak / western food prepared by her friend, cuddles with pebble the dog and there goes a funtastic day and dreaad for school.

says: hi love. i just reached the big 2-0 in life and decided to return to dee blog after an almost 5 months hiatus. prior to being an undergrad, i said life has been treating me quite kindly. but now, bell curves rule my life and its giving me more hell than ever. although sometimes i get sick of being an urbanite facing all these much consumerism and debauchery, im also pretty ironic. so i do yearn for fancy little dresses or that teacake session in the quaint cafe from time to time. at other times, i just want to chill over a good mug of beer (no more ugly liquer shots which almost ruined my life). i guess it all boils down to the mood and the crowd. the safest bet is to put me in your quirky and random list. food and dance is the passion and chilling out is my luxury. did i mention i love people with a good sense of humour? :)
