first day of work today =)
it was a super super rainy day.
met my employer at 1:15 (kie i was late by 15mins -.-) and introduced a lil and he said the flyers were expensive ;/ so i must aim for the youths only. lol. and strangely, i must also to turn to the words side so as to not attract the uncles and aunties attention. lol.
anyway, walked with my dumb umbrella from cine to subway to shaw and finally to far east (most productive place lol) and i think i met all kinds of singaporeans for that very 6 hours can. saw chao ah lians who were shorter than 1m tall and 10 years old looking (i swear, with heavy makeups somemore) to banglaedeshi who said hello to me -.- lols.
was quite boring for a certain time cos there were too many couples and i didnt dare to give out to them, so i only aimed for the loners lol.
surprisingly, i didn't feel tired at all after finishing the first packet for 5 hours and i was left with one packet. so after that when time was running out i was kind of afraid and stupidity kicked in and i thought he'd scold me or whatever for distributing so little so i urm admit i didn't know what got into me so i resorted to dumping around 30 pieces away before returning lol. =(
so in the end, i got the biggest shock when i returned cos despite what i imagined, he sounded way too grateful and handed me the pay promptly without me asking somemore. and at that moment it suddenly strucked me that it was very unnecessarily for me to threw the flyers away just now cos he didn't mind at all and furthermore, it also costed quite alot to him and to think that he still asked me if i wanted to continue the job. so now its like URGHHS im feeling damn guilty la! maybe you all might think that im dumb cos around 30 pieces is equivalent to nothing but it sure pricked my conscience cos i admit i think he's sales are quite pathetic and yet im like that. so the next time im gonna work doubly hard for him bah lol. roarrrr.

says: hi love. i just reached the big 2-0 in life and decided to return to dee blog after an almost 5 months hiatus. prior to being an undergrad, i said life has been treating me quite kindly. but now, bell curves rule my life and its giving me more hell than ever. although sometimes i get sick of being an urbanite facing all these much consumerism and debauchery, im also pretty ironic. so i do yearn for fancy little dresses or that teacake session in the quaint cafe from time to time. at other times, i just want to chill over a good mug of beer (no more ugly liquer shots which almost ruined my life). i guess it all boils down to the mood and the crowd. the safest bet is to put me in your quirky and random list. food and dance is the passion and chilling out is my luxury. did i mention i love people with a good sense of humour? :)
